Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Active Chick purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt with a note describing why you are disappointed and we will issue a full refund for the product price to your original form of payment.
If you are dissatisfied after the 14 day period, you may return your product for credit toward another Active Chick product or experience. For a refund the product must be in new condition with tags and receipt.

To make an exchange, please follow the above return instructions for the item(s) you don’t want, then place a new order for your replacement item. You’ll be refunded back to your original form of payment once we receive your return in our warehouse (within 5-7 business days). At any time, visit www.activechick.com to order your replacement item.
We don't offer free shipping on returns, but we do offer free shipping on your replacement order. When making your replacement order, use the promo code on the back of your original invoice to receive free shipping.
